Triple Living-Building neighborhoods where life is right

Triple Living develops urban projects with one clear ambition: to create places where life is naturally good. Not only in the house itself, but also around it. A phenomenon that has since been known as the Bilbao effect. Closer to home, the same thing happened with the arrival of the MAS on the island in Antwerp. Brussels is among the cheapest expat cities in Europe … and that offers opportunities for investors.

Following annual practice, consulting firm Mercer has also compiled its ranking of the most expensive expat cities in the world in 2023. At the top of the list – which takes into account housing and rental prices, as well as the cost of food, transport and leisure – is Hong Kong again. The Asian metropolis has once again taken over the top position from Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan which topped the list two years ago. Also on Stage: Singapore and Zurich. More important for us: Brussels ranks 41st in the latest list. If we only look at the European cities in the list, then our capital is in 15th place.
